Consultants are often regarded as "expensive interferers" by many business owners, regurgitating common sense with a fee attached. Franology works a little differently with options to suit every budget and defined advice in a number of report subjects.

We offer a free initial consultation to ascertain what service you really need, we don’t operate a standard rate card charging from day one!

These are some of the most popular subjects that clients request.

Business Healthcheck – Providing an impartial prompt view of a company in a brief 8-10 page report. Here Franology will come into your business and spend a day liaising with key members of the team, analysing financials and marketing activities. Within seven days an Overview Report will be presented with observations and actions recommended to the senior executives.

Launch Plan – Taking the model and exploring the aims and goals of the management team, exploring infrastructure and the market, again through liaison and research available before testing the model and its characteristics independently. At this stage a Launch Plan will be presented or in some cases a suggestion to hold any launch if it is deemed too risky. Options for the creation of an Operations Manual are available thereafter.

Full Strategic Plan – Our most comprehensive report that included in depth analysis of the business, market potential, financials, resource, route mapping and marketing for a five year overview. This is effectively a project in itself, written for internal use or as part of expansion and investment with venture capital companies in mind. Any strategic plan requires commitment from the management team and involvement in reviewing the information before a definitive plan is delivered. Normal timescale is two to three weeks if all the information is available.

Franchise Recruitment Report – Analysing adverts, exhibition costs, web portals and cost per lead generated versus conversion and the recruitment process. A brief report with suggestions and ongoing assistance if required is made within seven days.

Training – Following a review of the employee training required, in some cases a need to train the trainer, internal courses can be arranged. For franchisees this may be development of training courses to maximise their potential.

Conference Planning – If budgets allow a national or European Convention is an excellent way of delivering positive messages to a network. Franology can help arrange, organise, script and deliver a conference within guidelines including motivational speeches provided by Chris Gibson on a definitive subject.

Territory Planning – Often a bugbear for franchisors with over sized areas granted initially. Here options can be explored to liaise with franchisees to redeem options to ensure better coverage for the franchisor. Alternatively it may be a requirement to create demographically linked areas for a launch programme.
